APPLICATIONS

It is used for the cold bonding of plastic laminate, solid wood, fillets, plywood and chipboard. Having a long open time and a good setting speed the product obtain good results also with bonding of hardwood.

CHARACTERISTICS

FORM:  white liquid

VISCOSITY Brookfield at 23°C g6/20rpm:  22000 – 28000    mPa.s

MINIMUM FILM-FORMING TEMPERATURE: +3°C

OPEN TIME at 20°C and with normal conditions  15 – 20  minutes

FOR BEST RESULTS

WOOD, ROOM AND GLUE TEMPERATURE:   18 – 22 °C

WOOD HUMIDITY CONTENT: 9 – 12  %

RELATIVE HUMIDITY: 65 – 75 %

COATING: 120 – 220 g/m²

SETTING TIME with solid soft wood at  20°C     30 – 40   minutes         

50°C     40     sec./mm thikness    

70°C      30    sec./mm thikness

Higher temperature could create problem on the wood.                          

GLUE APPLICATION

By means of glue applicator with rollers, spatula, brush, nozzle also with pressure systems.
WARNING: do not use iron materials.
Clean glue applicators and equipment with hot water

STORAGE

Shelf life: 12 months at 20°C in original closed packages.
To store the product at temperature higher than 30°C may cause an alteration of it.
STORAGE TEMPERATURE NOT BELOW 10°C.
