PVA glue suitable for all joinery requirements.

APPLICATIONS

It is used for the cold bonding of plastic laminate, solid wood, fillets, plywood and chipboard.

CHARACTERISTICS

FORM: white liquid

VISCOSITY Brookfield at 23°C g6/20rpm: 19000 – 23000 mPa.s

MINIMUM FILM-FORMING TEMPERATURE: +4°C

OPEN TIME at 20°C and with normal conditions: 20 – 30   minutes

FOR BEST RESULTS

WOOD, ROOM AND GLUE TEMPERATURE: 18 – 22  °C

WOOD HUMIDITY CONTENT: 9 – 12  %

RELATIVE HUMIDITY: 65 – 75 %

COATING: 120 – 220  g/m²

SETTING TIME at 20°C: 30 – 35  minutes

BONDING OF HPL at 20°C:  35 – 40  minutes

 GLUE APPLICATION

By means of glue applicator with rollers, spatula, brush, nozzle also with pressure systems.
WARNING: do not use iron materials.
Clean glue applicators and equipment with hot water.

STORAGE

Shelf life: 12 months at 20°C in original closed packages.
To store the product at temperature higher than 30°C may cause an alteration of it.
STORAGE TEMPERATURE NOT BELOW 10°C.
