Two-component polyurethane white topcoat for wood H36, 25% gloss.

Applications
For internal use. It is suitable for MDF and all types of wood. Particularly suitable to paint shaped parts where the sanding process removes the angular parts. It is suitable for applications by electrostatic spraygun.It is used for furniture, chairs, wardrobes, interior doors and interior accessories.
Characteristics
It has excellentcovering, thixotropic, electrostatic, high resistance and non yellowing properties.
Specific weight – 1.32 kg/l.
Solid content– 57-65%.
Gloss – 25, 50, 70 %.
Application method
By gun, airless spraying, electrostatic spraygun, curtain coater.
Mixing proportions: to obtain the ready mixture, a hardener (B2911E, B40 или B18) is added to the top coat in a quantity of 50% by weight or 70% by volume.
Dilution: the mixture is diluted with polyurethane thinner(P73) in a quantityof 20% of the weight or 30% of the volume of the top coat.
Pot life of the ready mixture: 4 hours.
Rate of consumption: 130-160 g/m2.
Dust free : 15 minutes.
Touch free: 60 minutes.
Drying time: 8-12 hours
Over-coating: 8 hours (if necessary).
Recommendations:
– applying 2 layers of polyurethane white sealer (G49, G65 or G27) on the surface; the second layer 40-60 minutes after the first one;
– sanding the surface with sandpaper 220-400– 8 to 12 hours after applying the second layer of sealer;
– applying one layer of white polyurethane top coat (the ready mixture).
Storage
In a well-ventilated place with temperatures between 5°C – 35 °C in a tightly closed packaging
Shelf life: 24 months in closed packaging.
