Two-component polyurethanetransparent topcoat for wood H41 – 5/30/50/90% gloss.

Applications
For internal use. It is suitable for MDF and all types of wood. It is especially suitable for flat surfaces. It is used for assembled furniture, interior doors and interior accessories.

It has excellent coverage, transparency, verticality and softness to the touch.
Specific weight – 0.97 kg/l.
Solid content– 42%.
Gloss – 5, 30, 50, 90%.
Application method
By gun, airless spraying, curtain coater.
Mixing proportions: to obtain the ready mixture, a hardener (B40 or B37) is added to the top coat in a quantityof 50%.
Dilution: the mixture is diluted with polyurethane thinner(P73) in a quantityof 20-30%.
Pot life of the ready mixture: 4 hours.
Rate of consumption: 120-140 g/m2.
Dust free : 10-15 minutes.
Touch free: 60 minutes.
Drying time: 6-8 hours
Recommendations:
– applying 1 layer of universal stain (C608) on the surface.
– 10 – 30 minutes after applying the stain, apply two coats of a polyurethane transparent sealer (G92), 40 – 60 minutes from one another.
– sanding the surface with sandpaper 220-400– 8 to 12 hours after applying the second layer of sealer;
– applying one layer of polyurethanetransparent topcoat (the ready mixture).
Storage
In a well-ventilated place with temperatures between 5°C – 35 °C in a tightly closed packaging
Shelf life: 24 months in closed packaging.
