Two-component polyurethane glossy white topcoat for wood I79, 100% gloss.

Applications
For internal use. It is suitable for MDF and all types of wood. It is used for furniture, interior doors, bathrooms and interior accessories.
Characteristics
It has excellent filling properties, brightness, non yellowing, high resistance and surface hardness.
Specific weight – 1.39 kg/l.
Solid content– 69%.
Gloss – 100%.
Application method
By spraygun.
Mixing proportions: to obtain the ready mixture, a hardener (B22) is added to the top coat in a quantity of 80-100% by weight or 110-140% by volume.
Dilution: the mixture is diluted with polyurethane thinner: P99- in a quantity of 30% of the weight or 45% of the volume of the top coator P04 – in a quantity of 30-50% of the weight or 50-80% of the volume of the top coat.
Pot life of the ready mixture: 4 hours.
Rate of consumption: 130-150 g/m2.
Dust free : 30 minutes.
Touch free: 2-3 hours.
Drying time: 8-12 hours
Over-coating: 8 hours without sanding.
Recommendations:
– applying 2 layers of polyurethane white sealer (G49, G65 or G27) on the surface; the second layer 50 minutes after the first one;
– sanding the surface with sandpaper 220-400– 8 to 12 hours after applying the second layer of sealer;
– applying one layer of white polyurethane top coat (the ready mixture).
Storage
In a well-ventilated place with temperatures between 5°C – 35 °C in a tightly closed packaging
Shelf life: 24 months in closed packaging.
